I have a problem in an Outlook for Mac for a few weeks, you are browsing in e-mail and it closes and the following message appears: microsoft outlook quit unexpectedly mac. I did several searches on various forums, including Microsoft's forum and did everything I could, from fixing the database, creating a new folder (Microsoft App Data. 'Messages crashes on opening the app.' Only account I have connected is iMessage from ipad & phone. Using Mac OS X 10.8.2 Does anyone know what is causing this error? (notDiagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with '.crash'. Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.
When you post the log extract or the crash report, you might see an error message on the web page: 'You have included content in your post that is not permitted,' or 'The message contains invalid characters.' That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the text on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

- Now, hold down the Command + R buttons – this will reboot your Mac into Recovery Mod.

- In Terminal, type the following command: csrutil disable.
- Hit Enter to execute the command and wait for it to complete.
- Restart your Mac and go to this folder: /System/Library/CoreServices/SafariSupport.bundle/Contents/MacOS/.
- Delete SafariBookmarksSyncAgent by moving it to Trash (this file is protected by SIP so unless you first disable this protection, you won’t be able to delete the file).
- Finally, don’t forget to re-enable SIP – this is a very important security feature for macOS and should not be left deactivated because, otherwise, your Mac may get exposed to danger. To re-enable SIP, repeat steps 1-4 but when you get to the Terminal, type csrutil enable (instead of csrutil disable) and execute the command by hitting the Enter button.
- Finally, restart your Mac one more time and you should be good to go. Hopefully, the “SafariBookmarksSyncAgent quit unexpectedly” would no longer appear while you are using your Safari browser.
