This program was created for current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who wish to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. It is ideal for the working CRNA, and has been designed as a part-time program of study that can be completed in 24 months.

Movement to the DNP degree is consistent with the transition of the profession from a master's degree preparation to clinical doctoral degree preparation. By 2022, all nurse anesthesia programs in the U.S. must exclusively offer a doctoral degree for entry into the profession.
